FAQ
1. Can I take homeopathic remedies alongside prescription drugs?
2. How do I take homeopathic medication?
In an acute case one dose can be taken 2-hourly until the symptoms start subsiding, but no longer than 48 hours. 3. How does this differ from conventional medicine?
Allopathic treatment is based on the name of the disease. Homoeopathic treatment is based on the way the disease is expressed in you, as an individual. Allopathy uses large doses of medicine which affects the chemistry of the body. Conventional medicines may have to be taken over long periods of time because they cause chemical changes in the body which must be maintained. Homoeopathy uses tiny doses of medicine which affect the physics - or energy - of the body. When you take a homoeopathic medicine you will usually only take one dose because the aim is to stimulate your body’s own healing mechanism. The effect of this one dose may last many months. 4.What is classical homeopathy?
