The tendency to have allergies is ever increasing. Stressors like pollution, colourants and additives in our food, existential fears etc. overload our immune system and misguide its responses. It starts overreacting to known factors like animal hair, pollen, food which can lead to a quite severe symptom picture.

Euphrasia (Eyebright)
• sensation of sand in the eyes – want to rub them all the time
• profuse acrid lacrimation
• profuse bland coryza
• sensitive to light
• < in the evening, in a warm room
• > in the dark
Allium cepa (Red onion)
• watery and excoriating discharge from the nose
• rawness in nose
• from left to right side
• bland lacrimation
• < evening, warmth
• > open air
Dulcamara (Bitter-sweet)
• nostrils stopped up, cannot breathe through nose
• constant sneezing
• profuse watery discharge from eyes and nose
• < open air, cold wet weather, newly cut grass
• > closed room, seaside
Sabadilla
• spasmodic sneezing
• fluent coryza
• inspiration through nose difficult – snoring
• itching and bleeding in nose
• < sensitive to smell
Sanguinaria (Bloodroot)
• extreme dryness of throat and nose
• burning in nose
• acrid lacrimation
